Problem setting Unity Event Monitoring Services

sethplate10

We are using Uity version 4.0(3) , Installed the latest version of EMS 1.2.9 - 6/15/2004 .

I have been configuring the Unity Event Monitoring Services in our Unity box but I am having trouble having notifications sent to my e-mail or voicemail.

I followed all the procedure to set it up from the URL below and even the training video from the answer monkey but to no avail.

Please advise. Thanks

Was there a specific problem that you can tell us about?

I installed it on my Unity 4.0(3) server

Created a Recipient (gave it a name), checked the Active box

I set options for Voicemail, Email, and SMTP

I clicked on the TEST button and all my test was successful. The messages were sent by Unity_ account.

Perhaps there is an issue with the Unity_ account. Do you see any errors in event logs?

Hello Hinho,

Ooops , sorry for the lack of info.

The problem we encountered is when we perform the test function just like what you did. There are no errors in the event logs but instead we get EMS test info logs . But the recepient which was selected can't receive the EMS notification .

We'll try to check the Unity_ account . Do you suggest checking the permission/rights in this account ?

Thanks

you could log into Unity_ mailbox to see if you have any NDRs.

I'd suggest that you open a TAC case.
