Problem with Cisco TSP module installation....

Hi,

I'm testing a Cisco TSP (Tapi) client on Win 10 connected to UCM 11.0.

I'm using this guide:

Cisco Unified TAPI Developer Guide for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 11.0(1

Also using compatibility mode in Win 8 or Win 7, I can't proceed for "Cisco Medi Driver",

installation was done correctly, Cisco TSP Notifier become running and two TSP instance was created.

But Install Legacy Wave Driver Procedure was not usable because, where the Cisco Unified Communication Manager TSP is installed,

Wave Drivers folder is absent....

I've try to search into all C drive OEMSETUP.INF file but nothing.

And Windows dialer can't find any usable devices...

Can you help me....?

If you trying to it via RDP, then try vnc or vsphere console to install.

Sometimes that creates a problem.

I've tried directly on my laptop Win 10, not via VM or remote connection....
