Dear fellow engineers and Voice experts,
I am a R&S guy and new to the world of Voice. I configured MVA on our CUCM Pub and when I dial the MVA number, I get the welcome greeting prompting to enter Remote Destination number. After entering the number and entering the PIN, when I press '1' to dial a number, I get the following message:
"Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please consult your directory and call again."
As far as I can tell, I have the appropriate configurations as outlined in the guides listed at the bottom. I have double and triple checked them. The following are the configurations set on the VG:
application
service mva http://<our CUCM Pub IP>:8080/ccmivr/pages/IVRMainpage.vxml
!
dial-peer voice 214 pots

I have scoured Google and YouTube and cannot find the resolution. I am hoping that a Voice expert can lend some assistance; I offer my thanks in advance to any help provided.
Best regards,
Ernest

I am making outgoing calls from my desk phone and a cell to the MVA number so I am not sure why the trace has no record of it. I will try again and upload
