Problem With CUCM MVA Configuration -- Please Help

Dear fellow engineers and Voice experts,  

 

I am a R&S guy and new to the world of Voice.  I configured MVA on our CUCM Pub and when I dial the MVA number, I get the welcome greeting prompting to enter Remote Destination number.  After entering the number and entering the PIN, when I press '1' to dial a number, I get the following message:

"Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please consult your directory and call again."

 

As far as I can tell, I have the appropriate configurations as outlined in the guides listed at the bottom.  I have double and triple checked them.  The following are the configurations set on the VG:

I have scoured Google and YouTube and cannot find the resolution.  I am hoping that a Voice expert can lend some assistance; I offer my thanks in advance to any help provided.

Can you check if the Rerouting CSS on the RDP has the partition for mobile connect RP ?

Thank you for your response, but when you say Mobility Connect RP are you referring to a Route Point, as in a CTI Route Point or is that the Remote Destination (RD)? 

 

If it is a route point, I have not created.  None of the documentation that I read mentioned it as one of the configuration steps.  However, If it is Remote Destination Profile, then the CSS and Rerouting CSS are the same.

By RP I meant route pattern. What is the remote destination that you dial ? Does the "Dover_Unlimited" CSS allow access to the pattern that would extend call to that remote destination ?
There are 2 things to consider -

1. The CSS of the IOS VG invoking MVA has the MVA partition.
2. The RDP is used to make calls so the CSS must have the visibility to the partition for the destination number/pattern.

I am trying to upload the complete zipped files and am getting the following error:

 

"The contents of the attachment doesn't match its file type."  I have tried to extract and rezip and still get this message.  I am sending again as text file

MVA number is 302-739-0338, one authenticated was trying to call a 571...number.

I don't have a call for either a 0338 or a 571 number
