Problem with Exchange after running Permissions Wizard

I did a hardware replacement of a secondary Unity UM server and the customer is now saying they are having problems with Exchange message relaying within their Exchange cluster. Has anyone else had this issue?

Do you mean the failover server was replaced; Is this new Unity server integrated with the same Exchange server as before?

Is the Exchange server off box..

Thanks for responding. We managed to get this fixed with Microsoft's assistance. It turns out the customer had something unusual configured in Exchange. Once that was corrected, everything started working again.
