I'm having problem giving one particular person in my organization a Unity account. I see that person's Exchange account, but when I go to import them into Unity I do not see them. I have gone as far as to blow their Exchange account away and re-create it and then try to bring them into Unity, but with no avail.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Unity version?
Exchange version?
When you say you "blow their Exchange account away" do you mean you yank their AD account (Assuming this is 2000) entirely or you just recreate the mailbox associated with the AD account again?
Is this user in a different container (again assuming AD here) that the other subscribers you have added to Unity are in?

Exchange version 2003
Unity version 4.0
Yes when I said blow the exchange account I mean I just yanked the mailbox association and recreated it. This user is in the same container as the rest of our employees.
Should blow away his whole AD account and start from scratch?

Well, the mailbox itself has no bearing on if Unity will see it as a user to import (you can, in fact, import disabled users out of AD into Unity) so just yanking the mailbox and recreating it would not have any impact on this.
Was this user a subscriber in the past? I'd open the Global Subscriber Manager tool (found in the administration tools in the Tools Depot) and go to the Import User page (under the Action menu), go to the container the user is in and see if they are considered a user already or not - if so you can right click on them and clean their properties off and then import them. If not, try importing them in the GSM itself and see if that works.

Thanks! I will give that a shot.
