Hi,
We have a problems with telephone calls in the next escenary: ASTERIX - CISCO CUBE - SIP. I support the CISCO CUBE
There are problems with some telephone calls. From Asterix PBX (A) is sent a telephone call to our Cisco Cube and this telephone call is sent to Euskaltel network, the telephone call is stablished correctly with the other phone, SIP (B), but the problem is when the phone B set music on hold, the telephone call is down.
Attached document I send the Cisco CUBE configuration and a trace of a failure call in the CSICO CUBE.
- Asterix PBX (A) phone number >> 943507805
- Remote destination phone number>> 943454446
- CISCO CUBE Ip Address >> 172.31.250.4

Seems like a codec mismatch? Are you using the same codec end to end?

Hi Will,
Sorry for the delay. In Cisco CUBE we used g711allaw. I think that they used the same codec, but maybe when the music on hold starts the codec change.
How can I know which codec is used when the music on hold starts? What debug can I use to know it?
