I'm upgrading the VM licenses to 50 and every time I run the command:
software install package url ftp://10.10.1.18/cue-vm-50-license.1.1.1.cme.pkg username user password ******
I get the following error from the installer:
SIOCADDRT: File exists
Has anybody seen this error before? Thanks
BTW I'm using CUE installer version cue-installer.1.1.1

I haven't seen this error before so I'll need to ask some basics: is the system CME-intgrated (not CCM)? How many users did you have previously (show software license)? Do you have the 1.1.1 bootloader (build 17)? Is this a network module or AIM?

I am getting the same message when I try a go back from a 100 user license to 12 user license. Tried everything to clear/reset but it complains about the file already existing. Can we then tell the boothelper to reload application id it exists on the CUE ?

I made it work. I did a search in Google and the error "SIOCADDRT: File exists" appears in UNIX systems (CUE runs some sort of Linux) when you try to add a route that is already in the routing table.
When you run the boot helper command from the boot configuration you have to make sure you use a different network from the one that is configured through the IOS. Also use the network connection that comes with the NM (the one that says not supported). That worked for me.

Thanks for the reply. I made it work also after more trial and error. I have made the external port work also but have worked out how to connect through the router. The IP address needs to be the same as when unity is running and you need to have the static route on the router pointing to the service-engine. Make sure you choose
