Hi Guys,
I have EX60 and CUCM 9.0 through provisioning I got this message " The Cisco UCM service is unavailable" this message I saw it on the touch screen of EX60?
I added the correct IP address of CUCM?
Do I need to enable specific service inside CUCM?

Most likely you need to upgrade to 9.1(2) and install a DevPack before even trying anything with those models

I solved it! CUCM 9 changed the ip address of server to the name of server, so after i changed it to ip address it works fine.
