Hi,
I have a question, but first let me explain my scenario, i would buy a BE6000 (to activate CCX), my company has a 24x7 call center on another country, and i have a dedicated connection with that call center, now i also will have a local contact center, but this will be 8x5, so how could i configure (what is the feature) so when my BE6000 receive a call in working hours (8x5) my local team will get this call, and when i am in not working hours the call is redirected to the other call center (24x7)...
i think this will be a BE6000 related configuration/feature,

As Java said, you'd use Time of Day Routing in CUCM.
