Question with no sending VM to an exchange mailbox

I have a user that doesn't want the voicemail messages sent to their inbox of exchange. They just want to be able to get them from their phone without clogging up their inbox. How can i accomplish this?

You'd have to setup a seperate exchange mailbox for their voice mail (and hide it in the address book) and point Unity to that mailbox for their voice mail.

We don't "synch" messages to exchange, we use it as our native store (i.e. true unified). So if they don't want to get voice mails in their inbox, you'll have to make another hidden inbox just for their voice mail.
