saweb log-in screen

Unity 4.0.4SR1 UM, TSP 8.0.1, CCM 4.X WS2003, Ex2003

Brand new install of the above. When i log onto Windows as UnityAdmin a/c and fire up the SAWEB I am first directed to a Cisco Unity Log-In web page which askes for my details again (not through a windows credentials box but through a page on SAWEB). The site is added to the Local Intranet Zone and Authentication is set to Automatic Log-on with current user name and password. When I re-enter my details everything works fine. I was wondering:

Why am i being directed to this page?

What configuration changes do i need to make to bypass this page and go straight into the banner screen.

Fire up Internet Services Manager and find {server name} > Default Web Site > Web > SA. Right click | Properties | Directory Security | Edit Anonymous access and authentication control. Make sure Anonymous Access is unchecked and Integrated Windows Authentication is checked.
