Services Tab keeps opening

So after a fresh install of Cisco Unified Communications Manager System version: 11.0.1.10000-10 I've had the problem that most of the phones that I would register with CUCM the services tab would open up constantly with a blank tab and say "Select service...". I currently have registered: Cisco IP Communicator, Cisco 7970, Cisco 7962. On all of these phones the problem happens however I don't have the problem on a Cisco 7912 that is registered as well even though they do support a service to be set. I don't have a service set in the phone tab so there is no service set to open up.

 

Help would be appreciated.

I just managed to get the issue resolved. 

Apparently CUCM would automatically set a URL for the option "idle". 

After I removed that and applied the configuration the services tab stopped coming up automatically.

Still can't quite explain why he would do that on some phones but whatever I fixed it.
