Single Number Reach and Mobility with EX90.

I have a customer on CUCM 10.5.1 and they have a couple of users that want to use Single Number Reach and Mobility on an EX90.  The EX90's are registered to CUCM.  I can successfully send an inbound call to EX90 to cell phone simultaneously, however, I am not able to place a call from EX90 to a destination and then move call from EX90 to cell phone(Mobility softkey) as there is no option for a Feature Control Policy on an EX90.  Has anyone tried this and been able to get this work.
