This is the topology with my client:
Reported from the remote site where the Agents and IP Communicators that to make calls to the PSTN are presenting a delay of a few seconds to release the call.
I did a ping from the CUCM to the voice router remote site and the response times are as follows:

my question is, what is the maximum I can have latency between the central site and the remote site: CUCM and Remote Voice Gateway?
and if this is the issue where the phone show this slowness
