I Need Small Help from you
I Have Here Cisco uccx I Make the script and uploaded
but how i can make the Phone number for the ivr system
and on the script i have this error message
Task:250000000009 acceptstep: Trigger is not a contact Application Trigger
I'm so sorry im not strong on the voice system but i need to market

Hello,

You may want to check your script in reference of the trigger that is being mentioned or you may have to recreate the trigger that points to the script and create it as an application trigger within UCCX.
