Hi, I am running Cisco Unity Connection 11.5.1.12900-21 and when I go into Call Management, System Call Handlers, Edit a Call Handler, then go into Greetings, Standard, try to edit the extension that appears in the Recordings Applet, then press Play or Press Record, I get a Unknown Error, Please contact System Administrator. Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs. I used to have similar error when it was a Java Applet in my older version of Cisco Unity. How do i fix this?

Yes I did.
Yes I did fix the issue.
I was informed to remove the :#### that was in my bookmark. I think my bookmark looked something like https://ipaddress:8000/cuadmin/home.do
So I removed the :8000 and it started to work.
I then updated my bookmarks.
