System Temporarily Unavailable for SOME users

I have 2 known users now on 2 different mail stores that are getting the message from Unity that the "System is Temporarily Unavailable". We do cluster our servers and are using Exchange 2003 SP 2 with Unity 4.0 Build 4.0 (4) SR 1.

I know that this happens when the mail store is not available, however others can access their messages and saved/deleted messages no problem from both mailstores...it is only these individual users.

Is there any utility I can run on the Unity server to poll or audit the system and see what mailboxes are being problematic? Can this be corrected?

The place to start here is the application event log - whenever you get the failsafe messgae like that there is always one or more errors logged to the event log which will give us a clue as to the source of the problem for those mailboxes/users.
