I have 2 known users now on 2 different mail stores that are getting the message from Unity that the "System is Temporarily Unavailable". We do cluster our servers and are using Exchange 2003 SP 2 with Unity 4.0 Build 4.0 (4) SR 1.
I know that this happens when the mail store is not available, however others can access their messages and saved/deleted messages no problem from both mailstores...it is only these individual users.
Is there any utility I can run on the Unity server to poll or audit the system and see what mailboxes are being problematic? Can this be corrected?
