Hi Experts,
I am having a problem with my TCL: its-CISCO.2.0.1.0.tcl
Every thing was working fine but suddenly a problem came up:
when a caller dials the company number a greeting message is played, but when he dials the extension, the routers does not recognize the entered digits, and this message played "the destination you called is unreachable please re-enter the number you are calling"
I am using CCM 6.1 with this router.
Any idea to solve this probelm???
By the way the company recently shifted PSTN lines cabinet. could this be a problem(phone lines polarity)!!!

I have the same issue and I solved that after I :
-Upgrade IOS to this version: -adventerprisek9-mz.124-6.XT
-Use its-CISCO.2.0.2.0.tcl
please reply if these points are useful and solve the problem.

After you login to cisco.com
go to support --> download software and paste
(its-CISCO.2.0.2.0.tcl) in the search field and also same step for IOS

Are you in saudi arabia?? because my frind has the same issue and he also upgraded his router with out any advantage...

yes i am in saudi, could the PSTN provider be the problem??? because this problem came up suddenly.
but i noticed some thin strange: when i dial the company number from the company, a greeting meassage is played and call is delivered to extensions after entering the digits. but when i dail the company number from outside the company (my mobile for example) i am facing problems.
so what do you think???

Saaaaaaaaaaaaaame issue exactly ,,
I will call the provider by Saturday , and if there is any new i will tell you.

It is working now, so it was PSTN provider problem.
I think It should work now with your friend

Yes its working now , I also opened TAC case with cisco but i am sure that is a provider problem .
