Time of Day Routing Question

I have a request for approximately 10 DNs/phones in different time zones to be auto-forwarded to a shared line after 6:00pm.  Has anyone worked with a configuration like this.  I have created two time periods and one schedule, created the partition but how do I apply to these DNs and where do I configure "where I want the calls to go" after 6:00pm?

You create the exact same DNs you want to forward on the new partition you created for TOD and configure the call forward behavior you want.

You got 10 phones you want to do this, then, you create 10 DNs using the same pattern but different partition.
