Trying to have a phone ring on another user with distinctive ring

We have CUCM 9.1.1. We have a administrative assistant that would like to have an executives extension ring on her phone with a distinctive ring so she can pick up whenever he is not available. So basically, ring on both phones and she can pick up if he is not in.
