I am brining up a UC-520 but the VM seems to be dead. I am trying to sort out if it is hardware or software? Service Engine Integrated-Service-engine 0/0 status shows module has failed; I can not reload or session. Service Engine Integrate-service-engine 0/0 Session says open but then asks "enter runlevel"?
How to dtermine if it is hardware or software?
Can Hardware be replaced? It it an AIM or Module?
