Unable to add a User Group in CUCM 12.x

Hi everyone,

 

In order to configure an attendant Console I want to add User Group in our CUCM 12.X but I have no 'Add New' button.

 

Please what is the possible issue and how can I solve it ?

Those user groups are synced from LDAP, take a look at help -> this page

Tahnk you for your Reply and Help, I just synchronised a users Group from LDAP but I didn't foud any thing under User Group.

do you have the option to sync users AND groups in your ldap directory?

Is the group within the search base?

Hi Jaime,

 

YES

If you properly created a distribution group, your AD user has read privileges over the search base where it is, you've forced an LDAP sync, and you still don't see it, you would need to review the ldap logs to find out why it's not being synced.
