Unable to add exchange 2010 to meetingplace 8.0.1.3

I am using Cisco MeetingPlace Version: 8.0.1.3. Trying to integrate  with Microsoft exchange or outlook. I am following Cisco MeetingPlace  admin guide .. they guide me to add exchange server from folowing menu.however i got this error message :

                                                   Access error. Check the access control to the Exchange server and ensure that SSL is enabled for the Exchange server

System Configuration > Email Notifications > Exchange Server Configuration

I can ping exchange using name/ip address, no access-list in between and i have the license 'msft_int' license installed.

So please guide me to solve this issue.

Actually only exchange 2007 is listed....but is it really an issue !!!
