unable to add IMAP access to Voice Messages in Unity Connection 7.0

Hi all,

WHen trying to add IMAP external service, I can't see the IMAP entry in the service TYPE combolist.

Is there any config to do to enable that or any specific licence to add ?

Did you follow all the steps in the documentation? It sounds like you are trying to add IMAP access to emails in Exchange, not the other way around, which is documented here:
