I am having a problem uploading announcments in unified communications manager 9.1 for hunt group queue's. I keep getting the following message.
The .wav file could not be translated by the Audio Translator Application.
I have made sure that the announcement is PCM 16 bit and 44.1 KHz. I can upload the same announcement in to the MOH repository with no problem any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
