Unified Call Connector for CRM and VT Advantage problem

When the unified call connector and VT advantage are running at the same time no outbound calls can be made reorder tone is heard.

If I close the vt advantage client the unified call connector can make outbound calls no problem

Phone is configured to retry video call as audio. what gives?
