I'm trying to get Unified Messaging working between a Unity Connection that is part of a CUCM BE 8.6 deployment. I believe I have UC configured correctly with the Unified Messaging service and followed the directions for setting up the proxy email address and Unified Messaging account for the end user. I also have confirmed the licensing.
UC shows no configuration errors when I test the service, but when I test the account I get this:
"Some possible reasons for 401: Incorrect service account name or password. Service account password expired. Proper permissions not granted to service account. Exchange mailbox uninitialized."
I'm not sure where else to look. I don't have access to the Exchange server but the Exchange admin has created and triple checked the account settings and permissions.
Thoughts?

I missed the domain name in front of the username for the service account.
At least this was an easy one!
Thanks for the fast reply.
