Hi all,
We are preparing to install a second language on our existing Unity 3.1(3) server and I was wanting to confirm the procedure. I've seen several posts, but I haven't found the exact information I need. DocCD here: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/unity31/sag/sag313/sag_0090.htm#xtocid2
just refers me here: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/unity31/inst/inst31/inst_025.htm
which points me back to the first link without saying much more other than to 'confirm that the number of languages on the system key is greater than the number of languages currently in use. If it is not, purchase an upgrade to the system key.'
What exactly do I need to purchase? The only part number I can find is CON-SAU-UNITYLANG. Is this what I need to order and then will I be sent an upgraded system key? Then do I just run the Unity setup and select the additional language and upgrade the license? How far along in the setup to I need to go?
Sorry for the basic questions, but I just can't find the exact steps I need to know exactly what I need to do.
TIA!
Keith

Here are the correct part numbers to add a language. The Unity 3.1 upgrade part numbers are now the same as Unity 4.0. All are a configured part number structure.
UNITY-LIC-UPG-31 quantity one system
UNITY-ADDL-LANG quantity one more language
that will do it for you.
