Unity 4.0(2) Delay in receiving voicemail

We've experienced situations where our users say they are receiving voicemail hours or a day later. This is sporadic and isolated to usually 1 or 2 users. What would cause this delay and how can we avoid it?

Thanks

I am experiencing the same problem with Unity 4.0(3). My problem is for random users as well. Has there been cause or solution found for this problem?

No resolution that I have found..

Having the same kind of problem using 4.04sr1. Do you see event logs like:

Unity passes of the message immediately to exchange/domino. Check the UnityMTA folder if it's held there; if not the message has been "moved" over to the message store. Do you have third party software that may be causing the problem? From performance standpoint, how is the memory and cpu usage?

I helped someone today that had message missing and after the exchange server was rebooted, all the message appeared in users' mailboxes. The messages showed of course also showed up in Unity at that point.
