Unity 4.0.3 Voicemail only - Defining Holidays

Hi!

I have to define a holiday for July 4th to play the closed greetings. There were 2 existing holidays from 2003 and I deleted it. After I deleted these holidays, I am unable to see any icons (including add icon) when I go to the Holiday screen.

How do I add a Holiday now? Any help is appreciated.

Deleting all holidays causes SA page cannot be displayed error

Symptom:

If all Holidays are deleted from the SA so that none are left the SA will display a 'The page cannot be displayed' error message. There is no option to add, delete, search, etc.

Condition:

This occurs on all 4.0(3) systems.

Workaround:

To correct it issue run the 'Run Schedules Configuration Script' from ConfigMgr.exe. ConfigMgr.exe is located in the \CommServer directory.

Note

that running this script will set Schedules back to the default as well.
