Unity 4.0(5) Convert from Unified Messaging to Voicemail only

Customer wants to convert their Unified Messaging system to Voice Mail only (on-box). Is there some CCO documentation for this?

short story is you'd use DiRT to back up the UM system, install a clean system with the same version of Unity on it's own directory (i.e. seperate from their corporate directory) and then do a DiRT restore. This gets everything but keeps the message stores seperate (i.e. makes it VM only).
