unity 4.03SR1 can number be changed to name?

I have a customer who has advanced caller ID functionality on their Call Manager which displays names on their incoming calls. They would like to have the Unity system display that information in outlook instead of the phone number. Would this be possible using ViewMail for Outlook or is this not something that can be changed?

No, Unity only gets the calling number from the switch through the integration - so if the calling number is unknown (i.e. not mapped to a subscriber) we can only tell the subscriber what the calling number is, not voice a name for an unknown caller.

Thanks! I was hoping that there would be a way to pull through the name instead of the number. maybe this could be a future add in for unity.
