I am running Unity 4.04. I have about 100 subscribers that I need to change their Class of Service. Is there a way to do it through bulk edit? I went in there but I do not see a field for change COS.
COS changes are not done through BulkEdit because of the licensing impacts among other things - you can map users in bulk to a new COS in the SA - go to the COS pages in the SA and you can reassign users from there in bulk fairly easily.
