Unity 4.04 With Domino 6 : Unable to find users

Hi,

In the cisco unity Admin console, when i try to add one subscriber (who is present in the domino directory names.nsf ), i can't find him when i clic on the search button.

This problem occurs only for 3 users, there is no problem with the rest of the users.

It's the first time that unity is install in this company, when i look in the document personn properties in Domino, i can't see the Unity Field.

We'd need more information about these three users in order to determine what's odd about them. Is anything obviously different about them? (I know that's a pretty useless question, but I had to ask.) If you can't sort it out, please open a TAC case so we can dig around a bit on the system.
