Sometime when I get the message in my inbox and I check I will hear the busy signal at the end for about 2 to 3 seconds.
Like to find out where would I troubleshoot this problem ?

If you're going to be doing much with LearnTones, you should first read through this document.

In particular it has a lot of detail on disconnect signalling and usage of TrimDisconnectTonesOnRecordings, including how Unity calculates the ammount to trim. The basic trick is that if you have 2 disconnect tones defined in the switch file,[Switch Disconnect Tone] and [CO Disconnect Tone], both need to add up to the same ammount of time. A mismatch here can result in undertrimming or overtrimming as you are reporting.

After re-running the learn tone the busy is gone.
Problem fixed.
