In the doco it says mirrored drive with an 8gb partition for OS. So the idea is to install just OS on that partition and the Unity install and DB on the second partition?

You can, it's normally best practice to put the OS on the 8gig partition, then install all the programs such as SQL, etc on the D drive partition which is the remaining volume. This is typically a MS best practice.

That is the config I have on my current server. Just curious as to how other folks do it.
