Unity 4.x to 5.x New Hardware

We are in process of upgading from Unity 4.x (running windows 2000, partnered with Exchange 2000) to Unity 5.x partnered with Exchange 2007. What would be the best process for migrating users and least impact? Can I network the 2 unity servers so that I do not have to create new VM pilot points and ports?

Yes you can do this and the GSM tool is your best best being that COBRAS is not supported yet.

You do have to create seperat ports for your 4.x and 5.x servers and do have to network them. Put them in the same dialing domain. A folder needs to be shared and there are permissions needed.
