Unity 404sr1 importing new exchange users slow

Hi,

Since I have moved to the unity server on a win2003 server in a win2003 AD domain with Exchange 2003 importing new subscribers from AD is slow.

It starts with waiting a least 30 seconds when the initial domain selection and user selection tools is shown and when finaly searching for a new subscriber it can take up at least 60 second before it will come back.

Please advise in how to trouble shoot this case. Note that I did not have thes problems when runnin unity on win2000.

check your DNS settings. If DNS queries for the new AD server, it could be bogging down your AD. For instance, on the Unity Server, if you pull up Users and Computers, is that slow? or Sites and Services? have changed the structure of your AD by WAN links, more servers, new DNS servers, etc.

Nope. I just moved from Win2000 to Win2003 Unity server platform
