Unity 5.X- Send a Licenses low alert?

Does anyone know if it is possible to have Unity automaitcally send an email alert/report when Unity licenses are below a certain threshold? Or is there an auomated report taht can be sent out ?

If there is an event posted to the event log when this happens, you can use the EMS tool to key off the particular event and have it notify either via email or voice mail.

Im not sure if it is possible to set a license low threshhold anywhere. I think your idea sounds good though. thanks
