Hi all,
May be someone could give me rapid suggestions before I contact the TAC service, with the following problem :
I'm installing Unity ( I planned to have a local message store ). Originally the license was purshase within a Workspace package and for Lotus Domino.
I got the message shown inthe attached file.
any suggestions ?

Take a look at the install log, and the tempu.log, those are usually pretty clear about what was going on at the time of the failure. The information about the failure(s) should be mostly at the end of the log where it fails and stops logging.

I can't find the tempu.log file !!!

Were you doing the installation via Remote Desktop or Terminal Services? If so, this gets removed if you log out since its stored in a temp directory. Otherwise, it will be located right in the directory specified.
