Unity 7, replace wav file

Hello,

Where on the Unity server is a user recording file saved.  For example the recording that I record that says please leave me a voicemail, where is that located on the unity server, I need to replace with another wav file.  We have Unity 7 that is integrated with our exchange server.  Is it on the unity server c drive if so what is the path of that recording or is it on the exchange server?

All Unity prompts are stored in the Unity server, I haven't touched one of those in quite a while, but within the Unity install folders, there should be one per language and within it, all the prompts, there should be also a text file that has what message each file contains.

Be aware changing those is not supported and will be restored if you upgrade.

What would be the best practice to replace that voicemail message file is it on the unity server or is there a different method you recommend. Also what format should the file be in?

Thats not a VM, its a prompt, and no, theres no best practice, as we really do not support doing so.
You may do it if you like, but keep a copy of the old one just in case.
