Unity 8.0 Transfering to Busy

I have set it up so the Unity will do a supervised transfer to a phone and it works great if the phone is not busy. If it is busy it holds the call with no problem, but when it tries to transfter again and it's still busy, it brings the call back and asks if the caller would still like to hold press #1 and that is still ok, but it also asks the if you would like to leave a message press #2 and if you would like to call someone else dial #3. That is what we don't want.

How do I stop the Unity from giving the caller the option of dialing #2 and #3. We do not want the caller to do either one.

Unfortunately that's the default behavior when you do something like that (queuing) in Unity, you cannot modify that behavior.
