Unity and MSN Instant Mesenger

I have been asked by a customer what capabilities Unit and/or CallManager have for integration with Microsoft MSN Instant Mesenger.

I have been doing some searches on CCO to answer this question but have not found anything. Does anyone have an answer to this question.

I can't speak for Call Manager but I can tell you there are no specific features/integrations in Unity for MSM messanger.
