Unity Connection 8.0.3 - Call Handler transfer to an extension

Hi,

I want to configure a simply thing, but It doesn't works fine.

All external calls arribe to my CUCM. here there are an Translation Pattern to redirect the call to Call Handler in Unity Connection.

Now, This Call Handler reproduce the "Welcome". All is ok.

Now, I want to redirect this call, after the "welcome" to an extension in CUCM. This extension is an Hunt pilot. This action I can not do, it doesn't works fine.

I need help for this problem or other way to config.

Have you configured any call handler on Unity Connection to release the call to an extension on CUCM?

You may also want to allow "Restriction Tables" in Unity Connection SA page. You should see if the pattern you are dialing is allowed in "default transfer" and "default system transfer" in the restriction tables.

Hi,

Restriction tables are ok. I find the problem. Now all Works find.

Solution:

In my call handler I transfer the call to a user, that this transfer the call to the hunt pilot.

Now, I am looking for the end of hunt pilot transfer the call to voice mail.
