Unity Connection 8.5 - Bulk Edit Input Key Map

Hi everyone,

I have a group of about 500 users that need their "0" key mapped to a specific extension when someone calls their extensions.

Is there a bulk method of doing something like this?

Yes, if you go to Users > search for your query to match your 500 users and then check all and click the Bulk Edit button. Perform the change as you would with one user (you will note at the top it shows you are in Bulk Edit mode.)
