Hello all,
Just recently upgraded from Unity Connection 7.1.5 to 8.5 and now cannot find the Bulk Edit utility - nor can I find where to add "Allowed IP address" for Remote Port Status monitor.
Any help appreciated!
Pat

Hi Pat,
In Unity Connection 8.5 , the Bulk Edit option is moved to the "Users" page.
Goto "Users" page and check all the users that you want to edit using "bulk edit". Then press the "bulk edit" button.
As far as Allowed IP address option for Port Status Monitor is concerned, it is on the same page as it used to be in version 7x but you have to look for it at the "bottom" of the page instead of looking at the top.
Goto System Settings > Advanced > Conversations. Goto the bottom of the page and look for
"IP Addresses Allowed To Connect For Port Status Monitor Output (comma-separated).
