Hi folks,

I have two question regarding ucn web inbox. Hope someone can help me...

If an unity connection user access his web inbox, he can access the ciscopca-website too. Is it possible to lock only the ability to access ciscopca-website globally or for an dedicated user?

If I forward a voicemail message to an other user, the message will be correct delivered (over smart host to external email-adresses or internal to ucn-mailboxes), but there is shown an error... please see screenshot attaced. Anyone knows, what this error should be?

first question:

yes it's possible disable globally or for some profile, in Class of service - Voice  Mail User COS - disable: Allow Users to Use the Messaging Assistant
