I am having an issue with remote access to voicemail on CUC 9.1. Internally users can access voicemail with no issues. However when dialing in from the outside, users frequently receive a message indicating "invalid entry" upon entering their Extension and PIN. Again, internally there are no issues. Periodically, the external attempt works without issue, but will immediately revert to the "invalid entry" message upon the next attempt.
I've checked to insure that all voicemail ports appear to be configured identically.
Thoughts?
