Unity Connection Call Handler Problem

Hi,

I have this issue to set incoming call direct go to voicemail during weekend, holiday and after office hour. I tried created few handlers also need to wait for the phone ring then only go to user voicemail.

Anyone can help?

Configure TOD on CUCM if you need calls to go directly to CUCM without ringing the phone, if you need assistance on TOD, search CSC as there are already plenty of threads with instructions on that.

If you want the phone to ring and then receive a message based on a schedule, configure just that, schedules in CUC.
